They apologised plus they said You will need to obtain the additional luggage at airport. With the airport they explained to us we’re unable to acquire the additional baggage and we needed to rebook our flight - this resulted in us not with the ability to get on the flight and acquiring a different ticket outside of pocket, a three hour flight tu
